Were looking for an organised and detail-focused Global CRM Executive to plan, create and deliver data-led marketing campaigns. Using Microsoft Dynamics 365, youll build and deploy global email journeys that drive customer engagement, sales, re-engagement and win-back activity. Youll deliver CRM campaigns and automations from build to launch, while supporting communications for global markets, E-Commerce teams, research projects and recall notices. Working with the Global CRM & Lifecycle Manager and CRM Assistant, you'll help deliver accurate, timely CRM communications, optimise customer journeys and identify new automation opportunities.
