Due to continued growth in Simulation at Triumph, we have created an additional Simulation Engineer position (internal applicants only). The role will focus on gear tooth design and simulation, with the opportunity to support wider analysis work (e.g., FEA/CFD) across chassis and powertrain systems. Entry level will be based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform gear tooth design and analysis, including durability and noise optimisation.
- Deliver simulation work such as FEA, CFD and other analyses to support motorcycle design across new and existing projects.
- Develop, maintain and document analysis methodologies and procedures.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality simulation modelling in collaboration with the wider simulation and vehicle teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in design practices, tools and processes.
- Produce technical documentation including reports, procedures, specifications and drawings.
Skills & Experience required:
- Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent IT, analytical and numerical skills
- Involute gear design & analysis experience
- FEA simulation incl. stress/fatigue analysis (desirable)
- SMT MASTA experience (advantage)
- Creo Simulate FEA experience (advantage)
- Motorcycle design experience (advantage)
Hours of Work: Standard Design flexible working hours- 39 hours per week. Core hours 9am-4pm Mon Thurs, 9am-12pm Fri.
