Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in manufacturing, purchasing, or quality?
At Triumph Motorcycles, were looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead the delivery of our new model programmes, working at the heart of our product development and operational teams.
The Role
You will take ownership of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, working closely with technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of new model and business-critical projects
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, purchasing, quality, and operations
- Chair project meetings and drive clear, consistent communication
- Track performance using metrics and report progress to senior stakeholders
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and change control
- Ensure alignment between technical delivery and commercial objectives
- Own project budgets and monitor spend vs forecast
- Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned
What Were Looking For
Were particularly interested in candidates who bring a strong operational or manufacturing mindset.
Ideal backgrounds include:
- Project Management within engineering or manufacturing companies
- Purchasing / Supply Chain / Procurement-led project roles
- Quality or production-led programme coordination roles
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering complex projects in a manufacturing or engineering setting
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple business functions
- Excellent planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive accountability
- Comfortable working in fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environments
- Pragmatic, solutions-focused decision maker
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical teams

Hours of Work: 39 hours per week- Monday- Friday
