Here at Triumph, we are seeking an Integration & Validation Engineer / Senior Engineer to join our dynamic Electrical and Electronic Systems team based in Hinckley. The team are looking to bring in a talented, passionate, and driven Integration and Validation Engineer to drive and facilitate the delivery of integrated HW and SW in the assigned projects for our New Technology and New Model Introduction Programs.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Project Support
- Develop and define End-of-Workshop/End-of-Line diagnostic tools.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues during line builds, workshop builds, and on-bike.
- Support early feature integration and conduct bike-level electrical testing, including report analysis.
- Create test specifications and test cases for bike-level validation.
- Lead calibration activities for electrical features and manage calibration package release.
- Contribute to improving tools, methods, and processes for software integration and vehicle releases.
- Ensure effective procedures are in place to meet project deliverables and milestones.
- Establish and track key project metrics with stakeholders.
- Monitor and apply best practices from the project planning community.
Skills & Experience required:
- BEng/MEng in a relevant technical discipline (software planning, integration, or equivalent experience).
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
- Strong capability in planning and delivering integrated software within complex systems.
- Proficient use of CAN tools (CANoe, CANalyzer).
- Knowledge of diagnostic protocols and reprogramming methods.
- Skilled in systems testing, validation, and the full systems engineering lifecycle (V-Model).
- In-depth understanding of CAN communication.
Hours of Work: Standard Design flexible working hours - 39 hours per week. Core hours 9am-4pm Monday-Thursday, and 9am-12pm on Friday.
