Join Our Team as a Ecommerce Merchandising Assistant (Clothing). Triumph Motorcycles is seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Merchandising Assistant (Clothing) to support the ongoing operation and development of our global clothing ecommerce platform. This role is suited to someone with some previous experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or online fashion retail, looking to further their career within a premium global brand.

As a Ecommerce Merchandising Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Product Set-Up & Management: Create, update, and maintain clothing product data within Akeneo PIM, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards. Support seasonal launch schedule by managing new product creation, translation, attributes, imagery, and pricing. Maintain product lifecycle updates including amends, corrections, and end-of-life processes.
  • Ecommerce Merchandising: Support site merchandising activity within CommerceTools, including category structures, product placement, and collections. Assist with homepage, landing page, and category updates using the Uniform CMS. Ensure products are presented in line with brand guidelines and ecommerce best practices.
  • Platform & Tool Operation: Carry out day-to-day operational tasks across Akeneo, CommerceTools, and Uniform CMS. Perform content and data QA checks, identifying and resolving issues where required. Co-ordinating translations. Collaborate with wider Ecommerce and Clothing teams, as well as Central and Clothing Marketing teams to deliver site updates.
  • General Ecommerce Support: Monitor product visibility, availability, and basic site performance indicators. Support ecommerce projects, process improvements, and ad-hoc tasks as directed. Proactively identify issues or opportunities to improve data quality and customer experience.

Ecommerce Merchandising Assistant skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an ecommerce, digital merchandising, or online retail role.
  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to managing product data.
  • Experience working with CMS, ecommerce platforms, or PIM tools.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Confident written communication skills.
  • Creative mindset and outlook to drive presentation and publishing of beautiful pages and products pages.

Hours of Work: Flexible working contract hours are 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am - 1.00pm on a Friday, however there is the opportunity to take advantage of flexible hours and start between 7.00am - 9.00am Monday to Friday and finish between 4.00pm - 6.00pm Monday to Thursday (12.00pm - 2.00pm on a Friday).
