Our Triumph Factory Visitor Experience (FVE) brings the Triumph brand story to life, highlighting our achievements and progression through the years, showcasing our Engineering acumen alongside providing the opportunity for visitors to further build their affinity with our brand. The visitor experience provided is of the highest standard, right from the presentation and cleanliness of the site, through the amazing exhibitions and factory tour experiences delivered on site. Hours of Work: Please note this is a part-time role, Monday to Friday 27.5 hours p/w Duties and Responsibilities include: * Provide essential support for the Factory Visitor Experience (FVE) operation by manning the FVE tour line, processing bookings and enquiries made by email and telephone, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate customer records. * Reply to customers in a timely and professional manner, by email, telephone or in person, to uphold our internal expected standards of service. * Using the tour booking system to deliver a highly efficient and organised booking process for our factory tours programme, with impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills. * Redemption of vouchers from 3rd party systems such as Virgin Experience, to ensure payments are claimed and processed swiftly. * Data entry for all FVE related administration tasks, including raising purchase orders, cross-charges and filing where required. * Excellent telephone and people skills is essential for this role as you will provide a genuinely warm welcome and highly engaging visitor experience through exceptional customer service, anticipating and meeting our visitors every need.
