Triumph Research Intelligence is a SaaS business on a mission to make Risk Based Quality Management (RBQM) simple for all clinical trials. Our platform, OPRA, leads to safer patients and happier clinical trials teams – with the end goal being higher quality trials, better drugs getting to market quicker and ultimately, more lives saved.
As the company rapidly scales, we need to increase our security, so the time is right for an experienced Cloud Security Engineer to join our Cloud Ops team.
Your purpose is to serve as a security expert within the Cloud Operations team, proactively safeguarding the OPRA platform and infrastructure. This role involves collaborating with the Development team to integrate security best practices into the DevOps pipeline, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the platform, and mentoring the team on security principles and procedures.
To be able to fulfil this role to the highest level, you must show you can:
- Be part of the team that completes the software release validation process to enable the successful deployment of software releases into the client-facing environments.
- Work with other teams to architect, determine & implement best practices and security.
- Be a subject matter expert in application security.
- Manage infrastructure security and compliance.
- Be part of writing, maintaining, and enforcing security policies.
- Manage & secure Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Manage and secure access to internal systems.
- Part of an out-of-hours support roster.
- Promote, improve, implement & practice secure Agile methodologies.
- Contribute to the improvement & security of CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Practice good coding standards.
- Contribute to the architecture and maintenance of technical infrastructure.
Key Knowledge and experience in:
- Azure Cloud and DevOps, specifically CI/CD.
- Azure Cloud experience.
- Scripting/Coding Knowledge (JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash, C#).
- Securing large highly available Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters.
- SSO platform expertise.
- Proficient in debugging and solving issues.
- Experience with Securing AI Infrastructure.
- Linux command-line.
- REST & GraphQL APIs.
- SQL & NoSQL databases (Mongo and Postgres preferred).
