This is an exciting opportunity to work for a global organization as a Customer Coordinator involved within the motorcycle industry. This is a critical position within the Triumph Global Adventure Training Academy, as the first point of contact for customers. It is vital to leave customers with a memorable and professional experience to build upon. The successful candidate can look forward to exciting times within a great organization, with plenty of opportunities.

We are seeking a Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating Adventure training and Experience activities, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high-quality standards. The role involves working with a small team to deliver exciting off-road adventure motorcycling activities, ranging from experiences to training and adventure holidays.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Triumph Adventure Experience email inbox and customer bookings.
  • Handling customer bookings, dealer bookings, and voucher bookings.
  • Maintaining the payment tracker, updating the calendar, managing the event register, and issuing event certificates.
  • Raising event paperwork and liaising with the event team to ensure proper preparation.
  • Addressing customer information, updates, clothing requirements, and payments in collaboration with the team.
  • Covering events within the center and externally at motorcycle shows and festivals (e.g., NEC, London, ABR festival).
  • Preparing hire clothing for events and managing clothing turnover and stock.
  • Raising purchase orders, dealing with suppliers, and liaising with the accounts department.
  • Assisting with event preparations, such as preparing event boxes, cleaning, or managing paperwork.
  • Undertaking and assisting with projects as required by your manager.
  • Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your manager.

Hours of work will be flexible, with some weekend work required, including Sundays.
