We have an exciting opportunity within our simulation department for a senior Design engineer, to support NMIP projects. The role will focus on gear tooth design and simulation, with the opportunity to support wider analysis work (e.g. FEA/CFD) across chassis and powertrain systems. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform gear tooth design and analysis, including durability and noise optimisation. Deliver simulation work such as FEA, CFD and other analyses to support motorcycle design across new and existing projects. Develop, maintain and document analysis methodologies and procedures. Ensure consistent, high‑quality simulation modelling in collaboration with the wider simulation and vehicle teams. Drive continuous improvement in design practices, tools and processes. Produce technical documentation including reports, procedures, specifications and drawings. Skills
