We are seeking an experienced Product Developer to join our Clothing Department. The role involves developing, sourcing, and producing products according to a critical path, aiming to improve margins, meet quality standards, and establish standardized blocks for product fit across the business. The role may require some international travel to Triumph’s overseas locations.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Fabric or Garment Technology or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong knowledge of apparel construction and formulating colour palettes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of product cycles and basic manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of textile properties and product costs
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interpersonal skills with cultural awareness
