Technical Administrator - the role
A Technical Administrator is required to provide essential support to the Engine Management and Emissions calibration team at Triumph Motorcycles. The role is varied in that it will involve organising, chasing deliverables, fetching, and carrying and generally supporting the department with a multitude of tasks in both an administrative and logistical manner. This will include booking testing trips and chasing actions through, across multiple departments.
You will work closely with our Engine Calibration team and assist the team to ensure the department runs smoothly in all matters as well as assisting with the logistics of our motorcycles on test at facilities in the UK. A passion for motorcycles is always beneficial but never required.
Technical Administrator requirements
- Experience within a similar role and within a industrial, logistics, manufacturing or engineering role is essential.
- A valid driving license.
- Experienced in the use of MS Office/Office 365 to include Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong organisation skills and a confident phone manner are key.
- Ability to multi-task including some manual handling.
Hours of Work
We operate Monday to Friday and open to considering candidates on an Full-time or Part-time contract - minimum 28 hours per week.
