We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join the HR Team at Triumph Motorcycles, the UK’s largest motorcycle manufacturer and a global leading heritage brand.The successful candidate will be integral at providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. A true HR generalist role, the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, medical cases, performance management, and training. This role will ensure compliance with employment law and company standards, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in a generalist HR advisory role, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with a hands-on, positive, can-do attitude.
