We are seeking a Technical Administrator to join our Central Support Team at Triumph Designs. The successful candidate will support Engineering teams within a fast-paced Design department, focusing on the review and release of technical drawings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to best practice. Alongside supporting technical drawing release activities, you will provide administrative support to Engineering teams, helping ensure the smooth running of the department.
This a fixed term temporary 12-month contract.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage drawing release activities, including issuing engineering change notices, reviewing drawings for accuracy and compliance, and verifying engineering systems data.
- Act as the primary point of contact for engineers, providing support on design systems, processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Produce and amend simple engineering drawings and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Provide administrative support to Design teams, including budget monitoring.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Maths and English GCSE Grade C / 4 or above
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Able to quickly learn new systems and processes, working independently with minimal supervision.
