We are currently seeking a Racing Logistics and Support Coordinator to join our busy Racing department.
An essential member of the team, your core role will be to provide administrative and logistical support for the team.
There is great potential to develop in the role and learn new skills, training will be supported as required.

- Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Logistics
- Raise and manage internal orders (e. g. motorcycles, parts, prototypes, transfers) to support racing operations
- Process external orders in line with company procedures (e. g. prototype, pre-production, aftermarket parts, shipments)
- Coordinate shipping documentation and global logistics for bikes and parts
- Complete customs paperwork to ensure smooth international shipments and resolve any delays promptly.
- Support delivery of freight performance and commercial KPIs (road and air)
- Lead meetings, capturing clear actions, responsibilities, and deadlines
- Create and maintain race parts consumption forecasts
- Monitor and report on race parts supply progress
- Administration
- Track and manage departmental spend (incoming and outgoing), including support for annual budgets
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Manage bike fleet records, including registration, insurance, and lifecycle tracking
- Raise purchase requisitions and process supplier invoices
- Maintain Health & Safety records.
- Create and maintain the annual racing and testing calendar
- Share race reports and key information with stakeholders
- Manage bike and parts orders from request through to delivery
- Conduct stock takes at race team locations
Skills & Experience Required
- Maths and English GCSE grade C/4 or above.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages (including advanced Excel functionality)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 39hrs per week.
