We are seeking a Development Technician/Development Engineer to work within the Test Cells Department, responsible for the testing, development and validation of Triumph’s engine range.
As a Development Technician/Development Engineer you will be required to conduct development, durability and conformity tests to Triumph test procedures and in line with testing schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducting engine tests including durability, calibration, performance, and mechanical development.
- Prepare, install, and maintain engines and test cell equipment.
- Analyse and report test results, ensuring data quality.
- Develop departmental procedures and support fault diagnosis.
- Assist with projects and other duties as required.
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience with Testbed operation & usage of Engine calibration tools
- Previous experience of working within an Automotive/Manufacturing/Engineering environment
- Ability to manage own workload
- Working to ensure that data quality standards are met
- Attending pre-test meetings with key stakeholders
