We are seeking a talented and driven Electrical & Electronics Engineer to be an integral part of our dynamic engineering team.

Your responsibilities will include
- Designing, developing, and testing electrical and electronic systems that enhance the performance and safety of our motorcycles.
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
- Specify, influence, verify and validate components to meet all higher-level system and safety requirements, environmental standards (thermal, ingress and vibration etc.), EMC regulations and legal requirements etc.
- Identify and resolve application problems / project risks at component and motorcycle level.
- Define and meet quality / cost targets and manage delivery of components to support NMIP.
The ideal candidate will possess
- A degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related field, along with relevant experience in automotive or consumer electronics.
- You should be proficient in the use of engineering software and have a strong understanding of circuit design, embedded systems, and control systems.
- Proficient in hardware specification, requirements capture / management and managing suppliers.
- Detailed hardware analysis and review with suppliers.
