Triumph is looking for an enthusiastic CMM Inspector to join our Inspection department to assist with multiple inspection requests that are submitted through the department. These requests will consist of 1st off production samples from the manufacturing lines on site, ISIR inspection requirements that are carried out on all motorcycle components, and inspection requests submitted from other departments, including design and quality to assist with research and development, keeping the quality standards of Triumph motorcycles at the highest level we have come to expect.
Candidates must have experience of reading engineering drawings with a good solid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
The ideal candidate will have experience in creating CMM programs and reports to document results and of working within a busy inspection department environment. We are also looking for candidates that have good time management, an eye for detail, and are adaptable with a willingness to learn. The ability to offer new ideas in solving problems or improving efficiency is key, along with the ability to work in harmony as part of a team.
Please be aware that this role works on a rotating shift pattern based on production demands. The role will be on a two-shift rotation: early shift 05:45-14:00 Mon-Fri or late shift 13:45-00:00 Mon-Thurs, or a three-shift rotation: Early shift 05:45-14:00 Mon-Fri, 13:45-22:00 Mon-Fri, and night shift 21:45-06:00 Mon-Thurs.
