The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing value across a range of components and processes within all Triumph model platforms. Key techniques will involve design optimisation, re-sourcing, and supplier negotiations. This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the business to identify and implement Value Engineering initiatives in Powertrain, Chassis, and Electrical components.
The position will include engagement with potentially involving travel to new international suppliers, where strong technical judgement and collaborative problem-solving skills will be crucial. As a senior team member, the successful candidate will also be expected to mentor less experienced colleagues and champion best practices within the team.
