Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, and testing electrical and electronic systems that enhance the performance and safety of our motorcycles.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
  • Specifying, influencing, verifying and validating components to meet all higher-level system and safety requirements, environmental standards (thermal, ingress and vibration etc.), EMC regulations and legal requirements.
  • Identifying and resolving application problems / project risks at component and motorcycle level.
  • Defining and meeting quality / cost targets and managing delivery of components to support NMIP.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related field, along with relevant experience in automotive or consumer electronics.
  • Proficiency in the use of engineering software and a strong understanding of circuit design, embedded systems, and control systems.
  • Proficiency in hardware specification, requirements capture / management and managing suppliers.
  • Detailed hardware analysis and review with suppliers.
