At Triumph Motorcycles, we are going through an exciting period of growth, and our Global IT Operations are essential to our growth ambitions. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to head our Global IT Operations, taking responsibility for all aspects of Triumph’s global Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and Service Desk activities, ensuring that our systems and services are always available and perform in line with user expectations.
Report to: Global IT Director

Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for Triumph’s global IT infrastructure and service delivery/management, reporting directly to Triumph’s Global IT Director.
- A member of the IT Leadership Team responsible for delivering user-centric solutions alongside peers in global solutions roles.
- Managing direct reports in globally dispersed locations, mentoring and developing team members to proactively plan for succession.
- Supporting Triumph’s subsidiaries in the same manner as all central functions.
- Be responsible for ensuring there is a strong cyber-resilience posture across the business by leading the continuous improvement of the Triumph group’s cybersecurity strategy.
- Be accountable for Triumph’s end user experience and satisfaction when it comes to end user computing.
- Fully accountable for the global operational IT budget, reporting monthly on performance to agreed targets.
- Working with external vendors and partners to obtain best value pricing and delivery, addressing commercial risk proactively in good time.
- Be accountable for network & infrastructure development, and refurbishment appropriate to Triumph’s continued growth plans.
Skills and Experience required:
- Experience in leading highly skilled technical teams, covering all key areas of IT including cybersecurity, infrastructure, service management etc.
- Experience of defining an IT security strategy and implementing suitable processes, tools and monitoring services.
- Experience supporting a global business, managing an international team.
Hours of Work: 39 hrs per week – flexible with core hours.
