Triumph Motorcycles is seeking a detail‑oriented Ecommerce Merchandising Assistant (Clothing) to support the ongoing operation and development of our global clothing ecommerce platform. This role is suited to someone with previous experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or online fashion retail, looking to further their career within a premium global brand.

Responsibilities

  • Product set‑up & management: create, update and maintain clothing product data within Akeneo PIM, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Support seasonal launch schedule: manage new product creation, translation, attributes, imagery and pricing.
  • Maintain product lifecycle updates including amendments, corrections and end‑of‑life processes.
  • Site merchandising: support category structures, product placement and collections within CommerceTools.
  • Assist with homepage, landing page and category updates using the Uniform CMS.
  • Perform day‑to‑day operational tasks across Akeneo, CommerceTools and Uniform CMS.
  • Conduct content and data QA checks, identifying and resolving issues where required.
  • Co‑ordinate translations and collaborate with wider ecommerce and clothing teams and central marketing teams to deliver site updates.
  • Monitor product visibility, availability and basic site performance indicators.
  • Support ecommerce projects, process improvements and ad‑hoc tasks as directed.
  • Proactively identify issues or opportunities to improve data quality and customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising or online retail.
  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to managing product data.
  • Experience working with CMS, ecommerce platforms or PIM tools.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Confident written communication skills.
  • Creative mindset and outlook to drive presentation and publishing of beautiful pages and product pages.

Hours of Work

Flexible working contract hours: 8:00–17:00 Monday‑Thursday and 8:00–13:00 Friday. You can also take advantage of flexible hours and start between 7:00–9:00 Monday‑Friday and finish between 16:00–18:00 Monday‑Thursday (12:00–14:00 Friday).
