Triumph Motorcycles is the Original British Motorcycling Company, designing, engineering and manufacturing iconic motorcycles that celebrate our heritage while embracing the future. We are seeking a talented Cyber Security Engineer or Senior Cyber Security Engineer to support the development of secure systems, from early concept through to full system design for production programmes. You’ll work with cross-functional teams (including Functional Safety, Systems, IT, and suppliers) to ensure all activities meet Cyber Security Lifecycle requirements. At Senior level, you will mentor engineers, lead reviews, and sign off key deliverables, with opportunities to deputise for Lead Engineers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to manage cyber security across the V-Model, including process improvement, supplier coordination, security artefacts, and in-service support.
  • Support cyber security across key systems (e.g. engine, chassis, body control, and autonomous systems).
  • Promote cyber security awareness across the business.
  • Deliver project activities such as Item Definitions, TARAs, security concepts, and compliance tracking.
  • Follow and develop best practice cyber security processes.
  • Support supplier and internal reviews.
  • Report progress to Vehicle Leads and elevate technical issues to Lead Engineers.

Person Specification:

  • Must hold a BSC, MSC, BEng or MEng in Electrical / Electronic engineering, Systems Engineering or Cyber Security Engineering, and proven relevant experience.
  • Must have evidence of ISO21434 (or similar) training.
  • It would be an advantage if you are a Chartered Engineer or an accredited cyber security engineer and/or have knowledge of UNECE Reg 155.
  • Experience in the ISO21434 lifecycle through concept, system, hardware and software design or similar experience in aerospace, defence, power/nuclear sectors etc.
  • Use of tools for threat identification, analyses, requirements management, change & impact management.

Hours of Work: 39 hours per week - Monday - Friday
