Merchandising team in delivering accurate and dynamic retail plans that guide decision-making and optimize product performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and execution of annual, seasonal, monthly, and weekly merchandise financial plans aligned with company goals, focusing on FOC portfolio.
  2. Generate pre-season plans, determining optimal investment levels by product, category, or store segment to support assortment strategy and sales targets.
  3. Partner with Buying & Merchandising teams to develop accurate product-level sales and profitability forecasts by region and channel.
  4. Monitor and recommend adjustments to allocation and replenishment strategies based on product performance and stock availability.
  5. Collaborate on seasonal buy proposals, supporting product selection and investment decisions with data insights.
  6. Work with Allocation teams to build in-season stock strategies, ensuring products reach the right stores at the right time.
  7. Contribute to process improvement projects, including system enhancements and reporting automation.
  8. Provide clear, actionable reports on business performance tailored to stakeholder needs.

Qualifications include solid experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG, with a deep understanding of retail metrics such as sell-through, GMROI, and OTB. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required, and experience with Power BI or similar analytical tools is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with fluency in English; Polish is a plus.
