We are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Business Manager / Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Nursing Officer within a busy Nursing Directorate in Worthing. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior administrator, executive assistant, or business support professional with strong organisational, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Chief Nursing Officer's diary and priorities
  • Lead performance reporting and business management activities
  • Produce and analyse complex reports and data
  • Coordinate senior-level meetings, agendas, minutes, and actions
  • Support service improvement initiatives and project activities
  • Line manage administrative staff within the directorate
  • Build effective relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation

Essential Experience:
