This role is flexible working and suitable candidates should live in or close to our operating areas: Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall, or London.

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Reward & Recognition Partner to support the delivery of our reward strategy and help create a great colleague experience. You will work closely with the Reward and Recognition Lead, managers, colleagues, and external partners to deliver reward initiatives, manage the annual reward cycle, and provide expert advice on reward matters. This is a varied role in a fast-paced environment, where you will use data and insight to support decision-making, manage reward projects, and help improve our overall colleague offer.

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or generalist HR role.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification in HR (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to work confidently with large data sets.
  • Knowledge of job evaluation, salary benchmarking, benefits management, or employee recognition.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships and manage multiple priorities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Carry out job evaluations and salary benchmarking, providing advice and feedback to managers.
  • Support the delivery of the annual reward cycle, including benefits and reward projects.
  • Analyse reward data and provide insights to support business decisions and reporting.
  • Manage reward queries and work with colleagues and external partners to deliver a high-quality service.
  • Develop and promote reward and recognition initiatives that enhance the colleague experience.
