We are currently recruiting for a Band 4 Project Support Officer to support a key Data Warehouse development project within the Information and Performance Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator with project support experience to join a high-profile NHS transformation project.
The Role
You will provide essential administrative and project support throughout the development of a Provider Collaborative Data Warehouse, helping to ensure the project remains on track and stakeholders are kept informed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Organising and scheduling project meetings
- Preparing agendas, minutes and actions
- Producing project highlight reports
- Maintaining project documentation
- Tracking and escalating risks and issues
- Supporting project governance and reporting activities
- Liaising with stakeholders across the project team
- Assisting with general project administration as required
