- Monitor waste disposal and Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) contracts.
- Analyse contractor performance, KPIs and payment mechanisms.
- Validate invoices and process contractor payments accurately.
- Produce reports and analyse operational and financial data.
- Manage contractor and stakeholder queries and resolve issues.
- Attend contract meetings and carry out site inspections.
- Maintain contract records and ensure compliance with legislation.
- Support procurement activities and continuous service improvements.
- Monitor contract performance against agreed standards and targets.
- Identify contract breaches and support corrective actions.
- Produce accurate reports and performance information.
- Analyse complex datasets and financial information.
- Validate contractor invoices and process payments.
- Maintain contract registers and associated records.
- Liaise with contractors, colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and council procedures.
- Support procurement and contract improvement activities.
- Undertake site visits and inspections where required.
- Experience in contract management or contract monitoring.
