Triumph Consultants are looking for a PCN Appeals Officer to support the day-to-day processing of Penalty Charge Notice representations and appeals, ensuring cases are handled fairly, efficiently and in line with relevant legislation and procedures. Contract is for 3 months in Wembley HA9 0FJ.
Pay Rate: £20.74 per hour PAYE

Key requirements:
- Proven experience of processing PCN representations is essential.
- Strong knowledge of parking enforcement procedures and relevant legislation.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and accurate responses.
- Confident dealing professionally with members of the public, including sensitive or challenging situations.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate case records and make fair, consistent decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Process PCN representations and appeals in line with relevant legislation and statutory guidance.
- Assess case information and make appropriate decisions in accordance with established procedures.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- Maintain complete and accurate case records.
- Work with relevant teams and agencies to gather information and resolve cases.
