Job Description
The role: We are seeking a Senior Supplier Operations Specialist to play a vital role in managing and improving supplier onboarding, governance and performance within our Fusion business system within a secure, high-integrity environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain supplier records and due diligence activities
- Support onboarding and ensure compliance with supply chain policies
- Advise on procurement documentation and maintain data accuracy in Fusion
- Engage with stakeholders to understand onboarding requirements
- Promote best practice and support continuous improvement in supplier management
- Ensure use of an evaluated and approved supplier base
What the client is looking for:
- Solid knowledge of supply chain management and processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience using JAGGAER preferred (or Ariba)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and methodical approach
- Comfortable in environments with stop-start workflows (awaiting responses)
- Adaptable, resilient and flexible with transferable skills
Desirable:
- Experience with Oracle
- Previous work within nuclear, defence or similar regulated sectors
