  • Undertake learning needs analysis and develop effective capability-building solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with managers, employees and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports and provide insight on ER and learning trends to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in HR, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Education or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience delivering employee relations and/or learning and development programmes within a complex organisation.
  • Strong experience in investigations, employee relations, policy and employment legislation.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with LMS/digital learning platforms and learning data.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to translate organisational requirements into effective learning, development and capability solutions.
  • CIPD Level 5/7, L&D, coaching or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience in organisational capability, talent development or early careers programmes.
  • Experience within technical, engineering, scientific, manufacturing, infrastructure or other regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of e-learning, learning analytics, talent management, organisational change, apprenticeships or UK skills frameworks.

If you’re an experienced HR/ER or Learning & Development professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, we’d like to hear from you.
