Systems Administrator ( IT Social Care systems)
Triumph Consultants are looking for a Systems Administrator to undertake the business system administration and support of all aspects of the Integrated People Solution. This includes adults and children's case management, education management, financials, integrations and the various portals. The role will support the Council, Doncaster Children’s Services Trust and relevant partners. Contract is for 6 months in Doncaster.
Pay Rate: £17.85 per hour PAYE
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN1 3BU

Standard DBS required for this role
Key requirements:
- Significant successful experience in technology configuration and administration.
- Significant successful experience in providing support to services and staff.
- An excellent understanding of how to interpret business requirements into how technology should be set up.
- The ability to constantly monitor and maintain critical systems to maximise performance and availability.
Key responsibilities:
- To complete required configuration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the Integrated People Solution ensuring it is always fit for purpose and meets current and future operational requirements.
- Complete all required systems upgrades and fixes planned and conducted with minimal disruption to the business.
- Provide the required support response to stakeholders as well as proactive approach to any planned changes, for example changes to legislation, integration agendas etc.
- Negotiate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including system suppliers to co-ordinate developments and manage the resolution of issues.
- Evaluate proposed systems upgrades for changes to or adding additional functionality and features ensuring these are planned, tested and applied with minimal disruption to the business.
Unless the DBS requirement stated above is for a Basic Disclosure, your DBS must be either through us or be accompanied by a subscription to the DBS updating service.
