Interim Pay And Reward Consultant (Hay Evaluation)

The primary responsibility for this role will be solely focused on completing the Hay evaluations. There will be no other aspects of the role involved. However, it is crucial that the candidate is trained in the Hay Method of Job Evaluation to ensure the evaluations are conducted accurately and efficiently.

Key duties:

  • Conduct Hay Job Evaluations to assess and recommend appropriate pay grades for various roles within the organization.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of pay and reward strategies to ensure internal equity and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide advice to HR teams, managers, and senior stakeholders on compensation, reward programs, and job evaluations.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure the organization's pay structures remain competitive and compliant with industry standards.
