The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 Β£ per year.
This role offers an exciting and unique opportunity to support the organisational structure redesign exercise within one of the largest shared service departments in Europe. This will involve implementing a new structure which will align with the clientβs modernisation programme, laying the foundations to create a high-performing growth culture, to achieve the clients transformation strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organisation Design: Lead the review and implementation of structures, culture, processes, and systems to optimise organisational effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Finance, HR, Delivery Partners, and Trade Unions.
- Communications: Deliver clear, inclusive messaging on complex topics, facilitated open dialogue, and tracked feedback and action plans.
- Trade Union Liaison: Manage formal consultation and engagement with Trade Unions.
- Skills & Role Analysis: Develop job descriptions, evaluate roles, and identify improvements aligned to functional needs. Assess current workforce capabilities against role requirements to inform upskilling plans. Support Delivery Partners in shaping organisational structure and capability strategy.
- Change Management: Oversee organisational change, mitigating risks and ensuring timely delivery. Promote adoption of new technologies and a learning culture. Coach leaders through transformation using consultative, tailored support.
- Adaptability: Operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced programme, responding to shifting priorities within the team.
