Triumph Consultants are looking for a PA to the Executive Team to provide senior level administration support to Chief Executive and Strategic Directors within this council. Contract is for 4 months in Nuneaton, CV11 5AA.

PA to the Executive Team, Full or Part Time

Hours per week: 37 hrs Monday – Friday, normal working hours or part time by negotiation

Location: Nuneaton, CV11 5AA.

Office Based

Key requirements:

Experience of supporting Director level stakeholders as an Executive PA

Strong minute taking and audio typing skills

Report writing skills

Experience of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Strong administrative background to enable production of documents/letters to a variety of internal and external stakeholders

Key responsibilities

Provide administration support, email and diary management, correspondence and travel arrangements to Chief Executive and Strategic Directors

Provide project office support to Senior Leaders

Act as an initial point of contact in dealings with Senior Stakeholders and external bodies

Provide audio and copy word processing services to Directors

Raise purchase orders and approve payment for goods and services

Produce presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for Directors
