What the client is looking for
We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to join our East Midlands team. Extensive travel is required, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
The role
Managing a varied patch across Oxfordshire and beyond, ensuring tenancy and estate management is delivered to the highest standard. Visiting customers for sign-ups, welfare checks, and investigating anti-social behaviour (ASB) or tenancy breaches. Working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to find positive solutions to complex cases and continuously improve our services. Acting as the face of Clarion, ensuring our communities reflect our vision: vibrant, diverse, and stable neighbourhoods where people want to live.
Key Responsibilities
- A confident, resilient problem-solver with a positive mindset and a passion for working with people in the community.
- Strong customer service and housing management experience, with the ability to hit the ground running and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and work to targets while following policies and procedures.
- Someone who thrives on variety and is proactive and creative in finding solutions.
- A sound understanding of housing management is highly beneficial, but we also welcome applications from those with strong transferable skills and the drive to learn.
