Triumph Consultants are looking for a Customer Services Advisor to provide information, advice and services to customers. Contract is for approx. 2 months in Macclesfield, SK10 1EA.

Customer Services Advisor

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 37 Monday - Friday, normal working hours

Location: Macclesfield, SK10 1EA

Presume Office-based

Key requirements:

• Experience of working as a Customer Services Advisor, ideally within a local authority team or large public sector organisation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues
• Ability to use information technology including a CRM system efficiently and effectively, MS office applications, call centre technology and the internet

Key responsibilities

• Provide information, advice and services to customers
• Use information technology including a CRM system efficiently and effectively, MS office applications, call centre technology and the internet
• Provide information, advice on services of the council, external agencies and organisations
• Take responsibility for resolving queries
• Completion of forms on behalf of customers and advise on eligibility for a range of services
• Work as part of the Customer Services Team to provide a cohesive service to the customer
