We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Engineer with strong AWS data engineering expertise and exposure to AI technologies to support the development of a modern cloud-based data platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and optimising AWS data pipelines
  • Enhancing BI and analytics capabilities
  • Contributing to data lake development
  • Supporting emerging AI initiatives

Essential Skills:

  • Strong AWS data engineering experience (Glue, S3, Lambda, Redshift, Athena)
  • Advanced SQL
  • Python for data processing and pipeline development
  • Business Intelligence and analytics experience
  • Exposure to APIs, Terraform and/or CI/CD practices
  • AI Exposure

Required:

  • Experience with AI/ML technologies, such as AWS Bedrock, Generative AI, prompt engineering, AI-enabled data products, or collaboration with Data Science teams

Desirable:

  • Data lake implementation experience
  • AWS AI services
  • Public sector experience
  • DataOps/CI-CD knowledge
