Minimum Requirement:

  • Knowledge systems experience
  • Data knowledge systems background

Key accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage the team responsible for the organisation's knowledge systems (SharePoint, WordPress, Sitecore, and document automation tools), including line management, prioritisation, and performance management.
  • Ensure knowledge systems are effective, user-focused, and meet accessibility and content quality standards by working closely with users and content owners.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in existing systems to meet evolving organisational needs.
  • Project manage system enhancements, coordinating stakeholders to deliver value for money and effective outcomes.
  • Act as the main link between technical experts (internal and external) and system users, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Support training, engagement, and adoption of knowledge systems.
  • Provide expert input on developments in knowledge management, legal tech, and emerging technologies (including AI).
