Hybrid workingacross various sites, with at least one day per week in the office at Beck Lane, Heckmondwike, or Flint Street, Huddersfield.
Key requirements
- Experience in social housing, property lettings or housing administration.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work across different sites.
Key responsibilities
- Manage tenancy endings, including key returns and checking paperwork.
- Advertise vacant propertiespromptly to reduce rent loss.
- Monitor empty homesand ensure repairs are completed on time.
- Allocate propertiesin line with the Allocation Policy and Choice Based Lettings process.
- Arrange viewings and manage offers and refusals to speed up the letting process.
