We are seeking a Director of People and Change for a 12-month contract. This hybrid role requires a presence in the office two days per week, with flexibility to work from one of the following locations: London (Canary Wharf), Cardiff, Croydon, Sale, Birmingham, or Wakefield. As Director of People and Change you will play a critical role in modernising the organisation by building strategic people capability and driving meaningful cultural transformation across the organisation. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about creating inclusive, future-ready workplaces.
