The Role:
Our client is seeking a skilled HR Data Analyst to join their team on a 6-month contract. This is a non-digital role focused on delivering high-quality reporting and analytics using Workday tools. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery through technical report writing and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and write Workday reports to meet business requirements. Build datasets using Workday Prism. Create technical reports for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate effectively across all organisational levels. Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines. What the Client is Looking For:
Essential:
Proven Workday report writing experience. Workday Prism expertise (building datasets). Technical report writing skills. Strong stakeholder management abilities. Excellent time management. Background in project delivery environments. Desirable:
