Job Title: Business Partner

Overview

We are looking for a confident, forward-thinking HR Business Partner to work at the heart of the people strategy, helping to create high‑performing teams, reduce attrition, attract top talent, champion wellbeing and shape talent, performance, inclusion and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide invaluable support to stakeholders through skills and talent mapping.
  • Manage people & support change, using data and insights to find evidence‑based solutions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies that align with business goals.
  • Use data and insight to solve real problems and spot opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead on employee relations, bringing a fair, balanced and legally‑sound approach.
  • Drive change projects, supporting teams through transformation and growth.
  • Improve the colleague experience, embedding wellbeing and inclusion everywhere.
  • Take ownership of key HR processes – keeping them fresh, fair and fit‑for‑purpose.

What the Client is Looking For

  • CIPD qualified (or working towards) with solid HR generalist experience.
  • Expertise in employee relations, change management, people analytics and engagement.
  • Significant ER case management and change leadership experience, including TUPE in/out and similar.
  • A credible coach and trusted advisor to managers and stakeholders.
  • Uses data to make decisions and is confident presenting insight to drive action.
  • Leads with curiosity, confidence and care – balancing risk and people focus.
  • Embraces digital tools and self‑service ways of working.
  • Experience with HR systems, Microsoft Office, SharePoint and communication solutions such as Workplace, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
