We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to build and improve training and development across the organisation. This role will create and deliver learning programmes, set up learning systems and processes, and help employees develop the skills they need to support the organisation’s goals.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience designing and delivering strategic Learning & Development programmes, including building or scaling L&D functions.
- Strong experience implementing or administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Hands‑on instructional design capability, including digital learning content, e‑learning, and video‑based training materials.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification in Learning & Development or Organisational Development (or equivalent experience), with at least 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Skilled in delivering engaging in‑person training sessions and workshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage training plans that support the organisation’s goals and staff development needs.
- Set up and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and support staff in using it.
- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, e‑learning, guides, and videos.
- Work with managers and teams to identify training needs and support employee development.
- Manage training providers, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring all learning meets company policies and accessibility requirements.
