We're looking for an ERP Procurement Lead to carry out project work and help drive excellence in procurement delivery and system implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ERP procurement activities with a strong focus on compliance, efficiency, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure procurement processes align with business needs.
  • Utilise your expertise in SAP Ariba and S4Hana to support procurement operations and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and manage Contract Register databases in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 and other relevant frameworks.

  • Knowledge of local government procurement and associated systems (essential).
  • Experience in SAP Ariba and S4Hana.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and associated tools.
  • Ability to work within a high-pressure environment and be flexible to meet business needs.
  • Understanding of Procurement Act 2023 and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with Contract Register databases within regulated environments.
  • Ability to track down, assimilate, and reconcile complex data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
