This opening assignment is for 3 months in Huddersfield HD1 2NF with hybrid working.
The role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end life cycle of reporting within Civica CX. This includes gathering, developing, and delivering reports that meet business needs. The contractor will work closely with business stakeholders to elicit and document reporting requirements, producing clear business and technical specifications, including defined acceptance criteria. They will leverage their knowledge of standard (out-of-the-box) Civica CX reports to assess suitability against stakeholder requirements and provide informed recommendations.
Responsibilities include:
- Modifying existing standard reports and developing bespoke reports where required.
- Applying strong technical expertise to extract, transform, and model data from CXWarehouse and CXBI environments to support reporting and analytical needs.
Essential Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Civica CX, including CXWarehouse, CXBI, and out-of-the-box SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports.
- In-depth understanding of social housing statutory and regulatory data requirements.
- Proven experience gathering, translating, and documenting business and technical reporting requirements within a housing management context.
- Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to extract, transform, and model data from Civica CX to meet business reporting needs.
- Extensive experience with SSRS, including modifying and enhancing Civica CX standard reports and developing custom reporting solutions.
