We are seeking an experienced Capital Project Manager to lead multi-million-pound housing and corporate estate investment projects from inception through to completion.
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, including project commissioning, scope development, technical reviews, contract administration, procurement, financial control, site management and post-completion. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams and contractors to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead capital projects across RIBA/project delivery stages.
- Manage contracts, frameworks, tenders, variations and final accounts.
- Control project budgets, spend profiles, forecasting and commercial performance.
- Manage CDM, construction risks, statutory compliance and quality.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors.
- Manage resident and stakeholder engagement, including consultations.
- Prepare specifications, reports, approvals and KPI information.
- Proven experience delivering capital/construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong contract administration and commercial/financial management experience.
- Experience managing construction budgets, variations and final accounts.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and external contractors.
- Good knowledge of building maintenance, regulations, statutory compliance and CDM.
