The role
We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Business Support Officer to join the Initial Response Service team, providing vital reactive support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing referrals and contacts following the morning triage
- Handling telephone calls from internal and external professionals, as well as members of the public
- Managing information requests, identifying relevant information from the systems and distributing it to appropriate parties
What the client is looking for
- Proven experience in a high-pressure administrative or support role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deal with challenging situations and work to statutory deadlines
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Confident in the use of secure email systems and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience with Eclipse or other Electronic Social Care Systems is desirable, though training will be provided
