Triumph Consultants are looking for a Neighbourhood Officer to provide Housing tenancy and estate management support. The contract is for 6 months in Andover, SP11 6JS.
Housing Neighbourhood Officer
Pay Rate: £16.32 per hour PAYE
Hours per week: 37 Monday – Friday, normal working hours
Location: Andover, SP11 6JS
Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle for work purposes. Plus valid Tax and valid MOT.
Key requirements:
Previous Housing tenancy and estate management experience
Good understanding of housing practice and legislation
Customer focussed, delivering good, easily accessible and safe landlord services.
Previous experience of working in a customer facing role, approaching daily challenges enthusiastically.
Able to flexibly respond to unplanned situations and be confident to think on their feet to problem solve in the moment.
An awareness of handling challenging situations with a wide variety of customers whose needs vary is essential.
Key responsibilities
Schedule and complete neighbourhood inspections, using mobile tools, taking a risk based approach
Accountable for identifying and reporting risks to ensure the risk is managed effectively
During inspections they will look to increase customer satisfaction within the neighbourhood community by identifying potential improvements
Responsibility for identifying and reporting safeguarding concerns
Use CRM and other systems to review and update records
