Overview

Job Title: Admin Assistant

Ref: K&C 5275273

Pay rate: £15.82 per hour PAYE

Role length: Anticipated 3 months

The role is to be a proactive and well-organised individual who will play a key part in ensuring the effective management of void properties and supporting the smooth running of the lettings processes.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient void management and reduce turnaround times for empty properties
  • Manage decant cases and assist in matching properties for management transfers
  • Oversee and ensure updates are accurately maintained for zero rent and Orbis accounts
  • Carry out all lettings administration duties, ensuring records are accurate and completed promptly
  • Submit weekly adverts for empty homes to the Housing Allocations Team for listing on the Council’s choice-based lettings platform
  • Record and manage virtual viewings as required
  • Process end of tenancies and ensure all relevant system updates are completed in a timely manner
  • Liaise with Neighbourhood Services Teams to ensure end of tenancy notices are promptly reported and actioned by the Lettings Team
