Control Centre Operator
Triumph Consultants are looking for a for a Control Centre Operator to join the Sheltered Housing Team to provide a dedicated, sensitive and responsive service to all customers who are connected or approach the Control Centre. Contract is for 1-2 months in Rugby.
Pay Rate: £13.91 per hour PAYE
Hours per week: 37, Monday – Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Contract length: 1-2 Months
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire, CV21 2RR

Key requirements
- Driving licence & own vehicle with business insurance required
- At least 1 years experience in a customer service role
Key responsibilities
- Respond to calls connected to the Control Centre and take the appropriate action to resolve them in line with policy and procedure
- To call an ambulance, book an emergency visit or activate the Emergency Plan.
- You will be expected to maintain and keep up to date accurate records of all residents, calls, incidents and equipment connected with Control Centre.
- Call out to clients ensuring information is up to date, taking calls from prospective new clients and programming equipment for installation and upgrade.
